When you contact us using the "contact us" tab,please supply the following details.
The info provided will help us work out a final price for your chosen products with packing and delivery prices included.
1)The image/s you have chosen.
Please supply us with the full title of the image/s.The "one with the puffin in it" or "the surfers on the beach" tends to cause a little confusion as to the exact one you want.
2)Format - Photograph - Canvas - Acrylic - Blockmount.
2a)Photograph - what finish.
3)The size required.
4)Amount of products you wish to buy.
5)Method of payment - you intend to pay by cheque or postal order.
It's nice to know what I'm looking out for from the "postie".
6)A delivery address - (very important this one)
7)Contact details - E-mail address - mobile number - landline.
I've suggested a mobile number as if you're using a works/cafe e-mail address I could still contact you,if needed,by text if you are not contactable by landline.
Once you've contacted us we'll normally be back in touch within 48hours with a grand total of everything included.
IMPORTANT NOTES
Colour Calibration
Please be aware that the colours and tones that you view my images on your monitor might vary ever so slightly to the images/prints you have chosen.
This is for the very simple reason that monitors when they leave the factory are not colour calibrated(you can see this effect in any electrical store where all the T.Vs are on.They all vary slightly in highlights and tones.)
We use a professional calibrating tool to regularly calibrate our system to ensure that colours are reproduced to the style that they were intended to be taken.
Other Formats
Due to the fact canvas,acrylic and blockmounts are made to order and to a required image/size,production will NOT commence until full payments have cleared.
VERY IMPORTANT
Please note that once production of above mentioned formats has commenced,all payments will NOT be refundable.
