1) if on delivery your chosen product has been damaged in transit and during the contracted delivery times.
If this,(hopefully never),occurs please contact us within the first 24 hours of the delivery with as much detail as possible about the delivery,times,was a the item signed for or left in the garden shed/with a neighbour etc.
We will request that that the product is returned to us and if you wish a replacement offered.
We will then deal with the delivery service ourselves.
Re-posting items should be at no extra costing to yourselves.
If in doubt about the condition of the items being delivered or they show obvious signs of damage please do not sign for them and in turn, again please contact us.
Any contact outside the 24 hour period of delivery will not be dealt with.
2)if any of the products are damaged and can be proved to be due to faulty craftsmanship.(It hasn't happened yet and I doubt that there will be a first time)
We in turn will contact the third party involved.
Again the items will be recovered from you and replaced if you wished.
We will request that again for you to contact us within 24 hours of delivery
We will NOT offer refunds for the following,
Wrong type of image,didn't like the colours,changed my mind,not what I expected,the colour's faded after I left it in sunlight,doesn't match my wallpaper,my friend's got the same one as me so I want one different.
This may seem a little obvious but they have been said.
